Just a note on healthy eating. Instead of going for the standard low fat or low carbohydrate diet, try carb rotation for a change. Have a low carb meal 5-6 times a day for no more than 3 days and load on the carbs on the 4th day to increase your metabolism before your body runs out of steam.
Do this for no more than 3 weeks and see how your body reacts by burning more fat while retaining muscle. Sounds incredible but it really does work!

It's such an irony that the world is so fixated on losing weight and purchasing low fat or non fat options at the supermarket and popping diet pills and guess what? The world, especially ithe USA, is getting fatter!
Everyone wants a quick fix and they want it in a miracle package without having to exercise or change their eating habits.
All they need to do are subtle changes in their lives, such as eating more often (every 3 hrs) of the healthier version and walk faster, if they do nothing else.
It's really THAT simple!
